Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email and order details to deliver your download and provide support. We never see your full card number.

Email sign-ups

If you tick the consent box and submit your email, we store your email, the page you signed up from, the consent wording and the time, only to send occasional money-tool tips and new free tools. Unsubscribe anytime by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us; we delete it on request. We never sell it.

AI guide (chat)

The chat assistant is an AI. Messages you type are sent to our server to answer you and, if an AI service is enabled, to that provider to generate a reply. We keep a short rate-limit counter (a hashed network address) for abuse prevention. If you ask for a person, we store and email your email address, question and the chat transcript to our support inbox so we can reply. Do not type card numbers, passwords or account numbers.

Our spreadsheets and calculators

Spreadsheets run on your own device or Google account, and the free calculators run in your browser. We do not receive what you type into them.
