Refund policy

If a file doesn’t work, we’ll fix it. If we can’t, you get a refund within 7 days. Because these are instant digital downloads, there are no refunds for change of mind.

If a file won’t open or won’t work in Google Sheets or Excel, email us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll fix it or walk you through setup. If we can’t make it work, we refund you in full to your original payment method. Refunds are not offered for change of mind.

If a download fails at any time, a file won't open, or something looks broken, email Grokedgepm@proton.me and we will fix the file, help you set it up, or send a replacement.
